 I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the professionalism and excellent workmanship that went into the walk-in tubs that were recently installed at Regatta Place Co-operative Homes Inc.
I have recently met with the board of directors and they have assured me that the tubs that were installed have greatly benefited the members that live in those units. These new walk-in tubs will greatly increase the member’s independence and dignity in completing tasks that many of us take for granted.
It is my understanding that Access Mobility faced many challenges during this renovation from regular tubs to the new walk-in tubs in the 3 modified units at Regatta Place including working around the resident’s schedule and health concerns. However, given the time constraints, the changes to the original plans and significant obstacles faced during demolition your team remained dedicated, considerate of the challenges faced by these households and professional.

It is my sincere pleasure to write a reference letter for Mr. Don Cummings. I have known Don since he accepted a position
with our company about three years ago. In that short period of time he has achieved some incredible sales results. He became
the first representative in the history of our organization, to achieve over one million dollars in sales volume in his first full year. To
put that in perspective, this feat, though rare to begin with, would typically take five to seven years, normally the length of time to
build up a sufficient customer base. Even more impressive was the high level of customer satisfaction that I personally received
feedback on. Don took it upon himself to write his own pricing program and added digital photographs with attached details which
he submits with every order. These steps assisted the administration and production departments immensely and resulted in those

For the past 2 years, Don Cummings has been evaluating homes under the Natural Resources Canada, Office of Energy Efficiency,
"EnerGuide for Houses" program for energy use by conducting a comprehensive survey to determine volume, surface area, thermal
resistance of windows, doors, walls, ceilings and basements and air leakage using a "blower door-depressurization test."
The results of this survey are entered into a program to determine heat loss and a house performance rating. A series of
recommendations are then made for the homeowner to reduce energy loss in these areas, including furnace sizing.
Don's reports are meticulously prepared with great attention to detail so that the homeowner gets a good understanding of what
needs to be done. So far, he has tested more than 325 homes and audited the upgrades in 85 houses.
His technical ability and extensive experience, in the areas of building construction science, renovating/retrofitting existing homes
and home energy related issues, is of great benefit to the program.
